As far as I can tell, it doesn’t have any additional ion boosters in its tourmaline-infused ceramic plates, but you typically have to pay a premium price for a flat iron with a built-in ion generator. At a mid-range price point, you can expect additional ions to be added into the plate material to boost the ion output.
The hair straightening iron comes in a range of colors and has a soft rubber finish that feels luxurious to the touch and enhances grip. It also has a 360-degree swivel power cord which will keep you from getting tangled while styling. Personally, this is my favorite thing about the L’ange Aplatir. I have nothing but good things to say about Le Rêve. It’s got everything I love about L’ange Aplatir, and the plates are made of titanium. If you’re like me, and you have a strong preference for all things titanium, you might prefer Le Rêve to Aplatir.
